Open books
Most staffing firms treat their markup as a secret. We think that secrecy is exactly why the industry has a trust problem, so we run the other way: you can know what we make on your placement.
Recruiting and vetting for every search, replacement when a placement does not work, equipment, account management, and the payroll and compliance operation running in fifteen-plus countries. The margin is the machine, not padding.
Because you can see the split, you can verify the thing that matters most for retention: the person doing your books is compensated well for their market. Firms with hidden margins squeeze the talent side. Ours is visible, so we cannot.
You are handing someone your close, your AP runs, and your payroll data. If a vendor will not be straight about their own economics, that tells you how the rest of the relationship goes. We would rather win on transparency than on opacity.
What the number includes
Other models
Direct hire. We run the search, you employ the person. Priced as a one-time placement fee calculated on first-year salary. Ask for the current rate on your scoping call.
Pods and Build, Operate, Transfer. Teams of three to fifty are scoped individually because structure varies too much for a rate card. Same all-in principle: one monthly figure covering the whole team.
Pricing questions
Typically around 35 percent of the all-in figure, and we will confirm the exact split for your role on the scoping call. That margin covers recruiting, vetting, replacement, equipment, account management, and running compliant payroll in the professional's country. The rest is the professional's compensation and employer costs, and it is enough to pay them well for their market, which is why they stay.
Because country and seniority move the number meaningfully. A staff accountant in Argentina and one in Costa Rica are both excellent and are not the same price. We quote an exact figure after the scoping call, and that figure does not move after you sign.
No. No setup fee, no platform fee, no recruiting fee, no charge for replacement if a placement does not work out. The number we quote is the complete cost of the seat.
Month to month with thirty days notice. We earn renewals by the placement working, not by the contract making it painful to leave.
Yes, and then some. Our placements earn more than they would at comparable local companies. For many professionals across Latin America, working with a North American company is the opportunity they have been building toward their whole career, and we are the ones who make that introduction. They get the higher pay, the stability, and work that grows an international resume. You get someone who treats the seat like the opportunity it is, which is exactly why they stay, and retention is most of what makes an accounting placement valuable.
Thirty minutes on a scoping call and we will quote the exact all-in figure for your role and country.
