Answers to the things most people ask on the first call

Do I need to have the role fully defined already?

No. Plenty of teams come to us knowing only that the close is slipping. Part of the first call is figuring out what the actual seat should be, and sometimes the conclusion is that you need a different role than the one you had in mind.

What is the smallest engagement you take?

One person. There is no minimum team size and no platform fee to get started.

Are you going to add me to a nurture sequence?

No. If the timing is not right, tell us and we will leave it there. You are welcome to come back later.

Can you work with our security or audit requirements?

Usually, yes. Bring the requirements to the first call. Confidentiality agreements, device policies, background checks, and access restrictions are all normal parts of how we set up finance placements.
